I grew up on Long Island, NY and for years worked in Real Estate Management. When my family moved down to Florida, I would visit often and observed how different life was when the weather changed and financial stress was lessened. Believing that Florida was an underappreciated market for young families and retirees (and everyone in-between) wanting relief from the high cost of living and the cold NY winters, and to be able to own a home without living under high debt, I earned my Florida Real Estate License and bought a home in Boynton Beach, FL. Since I have lived here for several years, I can tell all my client's first hand about  "Florida life". I have also seen many Jewish families move here and have helped ease their transition by helping them with many details of a long-distance move. Because of the relationships I have with my clients and their families, We stay in touch long after closing.      In addition to real estate my hobbies are boating, fishing, gardening (I grow my own fruits and vegetables). My dog, Zoey, especially loved moving here and enjoys the Florida sun.
